Determine Your Company Messaging

Most companies have thought about their Branding – that magical combination of design, communication, and attitude that makes a customer pick one company over another. Or at least feel that a company “gets” them.

If you haven’t done this exercise previously, now would be a great time to get out a pad of paper and write down what you want people to feel when they interact with your business. Relaxed, happy, confident that they picked the right company. Maybe “fun”, in a good way, as in friendly people who go out of their way to make the experience of working with them enjoyable.

Once you have at least 10 strong emotions you want to create for your customers, that’s the list you need to run all of your messaging through.

Our software automates the steps of leaving feedback and then leading a review, and we have excellent out-of-the-box templates that will work for most businesses. However, anyone who takes the time to leave feedback or a review for you should be rewarded with effusive enthusiasm, even if you are a tie-and-jacket service like financial consulting, mortgages or insurance.

You don’t necessarily have to do that on Day 1, but we recommend you customize them in the first few weeks.

Feedback and Reviews are your customers saying “Thank You” for a wonderful customer experience. Say “Thank You” back by responding back with enthusiasm and messaging that adds to their customer experience with your business.
